Everyone! January Classes have begun!! (Some begin next
week.. We are already having fun!
Some have
started pattern sewing. The major project a PJ set! Some
have started mittens and then will make cool patch jeans,
upcycled jean skirts, babydoll sleeping bags and so much
more.
We have 2 new
beginner classes too. We'll be making envelope pillows,
pillow with trim and covered buttons, aprons and totes (and more!)
Our Fall
classes were so much fun and I have had a blast teaching each and
every one of my awesome students!
Next on the
agenda... summer camps.
Last year I had
some great girls in summer camp.
This year I'll
have summer sewing camp for tweens, teens and a new summer
sewing/craft camp for kids ages four and up. The younger
ones will be doing sewing by hand with blunt needles and making
some cool crafts to take home. They'll be introduced to the
sewing machine, but won't use it on their own.
My more
advanced girls will be making a project their week.. I haven't
decided what yet. If you have ideas that you might like let

Kids camps are 4
days... Monday thru Thurs 8 am-10 am (4-6 year olds) and
10:30-12:30 (6-9 year olds). Some 6 year olds are more
advanced and may choose the 2nd class.
Sewing camps for
9 year olds and older are Monday thru Thurs from 9 - 12:30 and
lite lunch provided for this camp.

OH just a side
note: Each Beginner Sewing Class (not camp) will have a field trip to Hobby Lobby where we will discuss
fabrics, notions and all the materials you will need to complete
your projects on your own. We will also have a FUN scavenger hunt
at the end of the tour!
I haven't
officially set it up, but if you are interested in a
Tweens/Teens Spring Break Sewing Camp let me know.! Only 5
girls get in so sign up soon!
